Javier Rubio is a Computer Engineer with both Telecommunications and Programming profiles. He showed his interest towards mobile technologies with his B.S. (Hons) dissertation, focused on LBS (Location Based Services) and Mobile Devices.

He worked as Network Engineer for an international company, managing Cisco VoIP clusters with thousands of users all over Europe and US. He also studied and became certified on CCNA (Cisco Cerified Network Associate), OCA (Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate) and SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer); also he took the official courses for CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), Cisco Network Security, OCP (Oracle Certified Professional), Novell Certified Linux Engineer and SCWCD (Sun Certified Web Component Developer).

Finally, he has become Sevenclicker, returning to his origins - mobility technologies.
