The solution facilitates notice sending about documentation requirements, approvals, deny of construction requests for the Local Counsil of Zaragoza. All of them properly encrypted and digitally signed, from the origin to the destination.

When the user receibes a notification and opens it up, the system sends an automatic acknowledge, electronically signed by the digital certificate emitted by the Counsil. All of this in every PC or PDA, and with the same legal validity than a written notice.

Ricardo Cavero, General Director of Science and Technology of the Local Council of Zaragoza, details the benefits offered by this innovative solution, remarking the importance of a mobile notification system able to reach every citizen, without changing the mobile operator or the SIM card.

It's worth mentioning that, thanks to SevenClick's Zuppex platform, notifcations are real-time delivered, following a Push communication model, similar to Blackberry's. But, in this case, operator independent and without using e-mail.

Pepe Abadia, Director of Information Services and Organization of Town Planning Department, declares this solution will reduce direct costs and file processing times, assuring every moment legal terms.
